The following simple steps for take a screen shot :

Open first go search at right corner and open the Snipping Tool. Click Start>All apps or type in search snipping tool. The Snipping Tool window will open and a white overlay appears over the screen of main page. It's free tool provided by windows microsoft.

2. rectangular snip :
This is second which means you select any thing in background by selector of any size.
3. Window Snip :
Windows snip is another option of this tool.It is use for Capture the browser window or dialog box in a snip.
4. Full-screen snip :
this option is use the take Capture the entire screen, such as desktop background.
5. Capture the snip :
Use the mouse or tablet stylus to drag around or select an area or program for snipping.
At last Save, annotate, view, edit and share the image or anything you lick. The snip will be automatically copied to the mark-up window. The tool-bar hosts options for saving, creating, copying, e-mailing and editing the snip.
